This session will begin by discussing how concrete is produced and what some of the problems in production may be. Concrete placement using available Standard equipment will be described. Finishing will also be discussed in addition to the importance of curing concrete.

  1. Recognize what to look for during concrete production
  2. Describe the available techniques and equipment for placing concrete
  3. List the sequence of steps typically followed to finish concrete
  4. Analyze the methods and importance of curing
