This seminar will present issues that typically arise during and after concrete placement. First, fresh concrete issues such as controlling air content, yield and delays will be discussed. Next, hardened concrete issues such as strength testing, shrinkage and thermal problems will be addressed. Finally, a review of the essentials of curing will be presented.
